Your photos are cropped upon download you will have the whole image. Downloads come via a link in your email, follow the link and begin the download if using:
iPhone- They will be saved to your File folder and then you can save them to your camera roll.
Android- They will be in your downloads folder you will then select them and save them to you photos.
